Warranty
Our Number One Goal is to repair every item you send to us and
return them safely and in perfect working order. This is the gold
standard that we strive to achieve with each and every repair. A
warranty is provided to you, our valued customer, for those few
exceptions when there may be a problem with the repair.
Standard Repairs and Reconditioned Units are warranted
to be free from defect in workmanship and materials under normal
conditions for a period of twelve months from the date of shipment
unless otherwise stated.*
If National Circuit returns your repaired item to you and it does not seem to be
functioning properly, we want to be the first to know about it so we
can make it right. The few warranty returns we get are handled with
priority status.
Before returning an item for warranty considerations please help us by:
- Calling First: We may be able solve the problem quickly on the
phone as there could be a configuration or installation problem
which will save you time and shipping expenses. Before sending
the item, contact National Circuit to determine whether the item is within the
warranty period and to alert National Circuit of your warranty claim.
- Shipping to National Circuit with Original Job Number and Detailed Notes on
the Problem: We will arrange to evaluate your item for warranty consideration
upon receipt and proceed as appropriate. Your detailed notes will
help us evaluate your warranty even faster. You may ship your
warranty item to:

No power light on board. No LCD on logic board. CNC not working.
Work halted. These are words no manufacturer of any size wants to see or hear.
It is the sound of work stopping – a mighty bad sound.
Making a big investment in new automation equipment may cause you to become paralyzed
with fear of making a mistake. Buyer’s remorse is a gut-twisting feeling
no one wants to have whether the item is as small as a new cell phone or a much
larger purchase like a new automation system.
